Rent To Own
No credit check
- No credit check required — approval is fast.
- Small initial payment, then easy monthly payments.
- First payment is due 30 days after the build is complete.
- The faster you pay it off, the less you pay in rental fees.
- Pay it off within 90 days and pay no rental fees at all.
- It is yours once it is paid off.
Best if you want no credit check and to get started fast.
Financing

- Traditional payments through a specialized home improvement lender.
- They simplify the process, but it does have a credit check.
- Predictable monthly payments over a longer term.
